Custom Order FAQ

Can you 3D print copyrighted models like Space Marines, Star Wars, or Marvel characters?

No. We do not produce prints of any protected intellectual property. This includes (but is not limited to) Games Workshop, Star Wars, Marvel, and similar brands.

Requests for these types of models will be automatically declined without exception.

Can you print original models or proxies?

Yes, generally. Original designs and legally distinct proxy models are typically acceptable.

All files are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure they do not infringe on existing intellectual property.

Do I need to provide pre-supported files?

No, pre-supported files are not required.

However, if your files are not supported, we will need to create supports ourselves. This may result in an additional surcharge based on the time required, which will be included in your invoice.

How does pricing and invoicing work?

Once your files are reviewed, we will create a custom invoice based on material usage, print time, and any additional setup required.

Invoices are issued with NET15 terms, meaning payment is due within 15 days.

When does printing begin?

Printing begins only after full payment has been received.

This ensures your order is locked into our production queue and scheduled appropriately.

Can I make changes after receiving the invoice?

Yes, but any changes to files, scale, or quantity may require the invoice to be revised. Production will not begin until the updated invoice is approved and paid.

What happens if my files fail or have issues?

If a file is not printable or has structural issues, we will reach out before proceeding.

We may suggest adjustments, repairs, or alternatives. Additional work required to fix files may incur a fee.

What types of files do you accept?

We typically accept standard 3D file formats such as STL and OBJ.

If you have a different format, reach out and we’ll let you know if it’s workable.

Do you offer design services?

We primarily focus on printing. Limited design adjustments or file prep may be available, but full custom modeling is not a standard service.
