How does the made-to-order process work?
All items are produced after an order is placed. This ensures the highest quality and allows us to offer customization. Once your order is confirmed, our print lab schedules your job, and production typically takes between 5–7 business days depending on complexity.
Customers can track order status on their order status page.
Can I cancel my order once it’s placed?
Because each item is printed specifically for you, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After printing begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Do you keep stock on hand?
Most products are made to order. Limited ready-to-ship items will be marked accordingly on the product page.
Are your prints original?
All models are licensed, original works from partnered designers. We do not produce unlicensed or recast models.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
